Corrugated Hoses

We offer Stainless Steel 304/321/316L corrugated flexible hoses/braided hoses from size range of 6mm NB (1/4″) to Size upto 300mm NB (12”). The Annular Corrugated hose body provided the flexibility & pressure tight core of the assembly. We can also supply / manufacture special type of SS hose assemblies as per customer requirement / specification. Each hose-assembly will be duly tested hydraulically at 1.5 times working pressure prior to dispatch.

Assemblies And Welding

Hose assemblies are engineered to perfection in flexibility strength and reliability. We can also provide corrugated stainless steel hose assemblies hat meets customer’s most demanding technical specification. We can supply hose-assemblies with various types of end-connections in grade like CS/SS/BRASS material etc. The end connections are TIG welded to the hose. The products can be supplied under any third party inspection.

Every single hose assembly is tested hydraulically at 1.5 times of working pressure before dispatch. Pneumatic testing is also carried out whenever necessary. All raw material used in the manufacturing of hose-assemblies like hose, braid and end connection will undergo rigid inspection to ensure highest quality standards.
